The Most Loved Squirrelmail To Be Depreciated Soon
Recently cPanel announced that Squirrelmail will be no longer be supported and will be depreciated starting the cPanel & WHM version 76. Squrrielmail has been one of the most used webmails because its lite weight and easy to use. One of the main reasons cPanel is removing support for Squirrelmail is because the application is not updated frequently and even security patches are not made. It will be difficult for cPanel to maintain a non-supportive tool and cPanel has started to move on.
cPanel has not announced any replacement for the Squirrelmail yet, but Hostspace has decided to add additional webmail solution to cPanel.
